FLEX Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a private practice physical and occupational therapy clinic (est. February 2006) owned and operated by Mike Uhrlaub, MPT and Mike Salerno, MA, PT. Along with our Occupational Therapist Michele Jarzynka, OT, our priority is to get you back to normal and your desired activities as quickly as possible. We will work with you and your physician to develop a program that helps you reach your rehab goals.
We have a combined 46 years rehabilitation experience specializing in the prevention, recognition, treatment and rehab of orthopeadic and sports medicine injuries, and will continue to strive for excellent outcomes in all areas of physical and occupational therapy.
Unlike the large chain therapy clinics with multiple locations and therapists, Flex specializes in personal, one on one therapy. We take the time to get to know each patient and their specific needs.
